Relaxed yoga classes with Penny at Rudford Village Hall a lovely location .Peaceful and relaxing yoga classes yet energizing and thought provoking. Penny takes time to structure classes and is very facilitative often tailoring classes on an adlib basis that giving that extra personal touch.Friendly group I would highly recommend it.
These are excellent classes, with a wide range of poses covered. Often poses build into sequences, allowing you to flow through a range of movements, all coordinated with the breath. The result is both calming and energising.Penny is very flexible to everyone's different yoga journey, giving alternative poses to suit individual needs, so people starting out in yoga can learn alongside others with more experience, but everyone can have a sense of progression.Penny's deep knowledge of yoga and related practices means that she adds another dimension to classes, often touching on the spiritual dimension and enabling you to think about life in different ways.All this in a beautiful, light venue with the Herefordshire countryside in the background.
Penny teaches yoga with the expertise of someone who has obviously truly engaged in the study and practice of yoga in great depth. It is evident from her yoga practice and the way she teaches that she lives and breathes a yogic life, the teaching therefore takes on a natural quality only found from someone with such a deep level of personal experience and understanding of the practice.I have been attending her classes for 3 or 4 years now, both in Dymock and Upton Bishop and feel I have benefited physically, emotionally and spiritually.My painful shoulders are a thing of the past and I have far greater flexibility than I would have imagined possible for me.
