I've tried loads of different yoga classes over the years. Yoga with Ildy has been by far the most enjoyable, combining amazing physical benefits as well as the opportunity for deep relaxation. Classes are offered in different locations and are kept interesting through variety and monthly challenges. I've also enjoyed some lovely half day yoga retreats.
