Great accommodation, reasonably priced.. Hearty breakfast set me up for long day's cycling
Great place for a relaxing weekend away, nice pub close by with food, some rooms ensuite. Gorgeous countryside for walking, and river for canoeing, plenty of areas for mountain biking.
Great breakfasts . Ace camping ground.Very helpful staff.Wifi, excellent facilities.Will be back.Hope the foot bridge will reopen one day as it's not easy to get to on the bike, less so, I'd imagine, on foot.
A long approach road!!!! You'll need a good Mao to find this isolated hostel.....a huge, old style and spacious building which is very close to the river Wye. There is a kitchen, lounge and TV room end plenty of space to run around in and next door is a church and, in the summer months a large camp site.
This is an excellent place to stay in very peaceful and tranquil settings.There are really lovely walks along the river bank.Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming with fantastic local knowledge.As it is a Youth Hostel prices are very reasonable.Rooms are very basic but this adds to the ambience of the place.
