My wife and I visited on a Saturday afternoon and used the App to order coffee and a couple of jacket spuds with chile. They all arrived promptly delivered by friendly staff. The potato looked a little small but turned out to be plenty. The chile had just enough bite and the salad was fresh crispy and included some interesting salad leaves. The sour cream and vinaigrette were tasty too. All in all a welcome stop over before a great shopping trip around the interesting independent retailers around Ross-on-Wye.
Nice atmosphere, attentive and attractive staff, and good service. This is a great example of the Wetherspoons chain.

A nice and friendly place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food and drinks.
So I go in for a soft drink.. money taken.. stand around for 10 minutes. Asked where drink is... told they need to get lime from cellar. Another 30 minutes passed and no drink. I query it and the guys reply was great "ain't got lime" so 40 minutes standing at bar.. I challenged the staff... decided to leave. Asked for money back and was told ... serving please wait... I left with no refund..
