Disappointed with the help given. Needed a domiciliary service as my wife is wheelchair bound, but not available at Ross. Told to go to a different Specsavers branch! Eye test for wheelchair users calls for a little ingenuity, this was also not available; we found another local optician to provide this service and as a result we bought two lots of specs (600+ lost sales for Specsavers). Asked to be taken off the mailing list having received many reminders to get eyes tested, request ignored. Will be sending all future circulars back unstamped.

Quite a lot of the checking and testing is done by technology these days. That said, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, there was plenty of choice of frames. Prices were reasonable.
Friendly staff, brilliant optician himself, and even the air puffer (the glaucoma test) is set lower now - so no streaming eyes afterwards.
Really attentive and considerate staff. Great service, Vicky was exceptional to both myself, who's really unsure what glasses to get, and to my elderly mother. Really professional, helpful and friendly. Best service from this lady you could ask for.
