Brilliant surgery but it takes over a week to get an appointment even after 111 says that you need one within 24 hours.

For emergency appointments there is a nurse which prescribe wrong dosage of antibiotic for my child. She didn't even ask or check for his kg. This ended with two days of 40C and dehydrated kid! Usually is very busy, running late and the doctors are trying to get next patient very quick, 90% of the times I was leaving the surgery feeling like I wasted my time!
