Since contacting Beyond Storage in June 2014 we have had nothing but praise for the service we receive from James and Lindsay. Right from our first meeting they have been friendly , helpful and professional in all our dealings . The facility at Lower Cleeve Farm is very well maintained and the storage units with their insulation , lighting , humidifiers and solid floors could not be bettered. When we needed a second unit Lindsay went out of her way to reserve us one close to our first. The prices are very reasonable in comparison to larger companies offering storage solutions so no hesitation in recommending Beyond Storage to anyone needing storage in the Ross area.
I am an American student due to start my final year at University next year. I have used storage companies in the States, but none offer even a comparable quality to Budget Storage. As I am a student, I rely a lot on some p/t work money & student loan, so wary of the cost, Budget managed to break down my payments to make storage over the summer manageable while I look for new accommodation when I re-commence Uni again in September.
