My friend and I arrived for lunch today and we were greeted by a lovely friendly host. I ordered the seafood platter, my friend ordered the sausage and mash. My platter arrived and I was looking at an 80's style prawn cocktail (Marie rose sauce) hot smoked salmon, salad and bread. It was abosuelty beautiful. The Marie rose sauce was perfect, the beetroot and red onion in the salad so balanced. The fish cakes full of flavour. A delightful plate of food. The service was great. I will be back!
My favourite restaurant. Excellent food and drink with bend over backwards service. The lamb with Pomme Anna and a mouth watering sauce. Magic!
