Following an unexpected change in my personal circumstances, I needed to find myself a new home. With very little suitable properties on the rental market. I was lucky enough to come across BDG Properties that was advertised through Parrys Lettings. They have a number of properties in Ross on Wye and are in the process of finalising a number of dwelling flats, bungalows and houses at the Old Rosswyn Hotel. The property itself is a beautiful building built mid 1400's. BDG have renovated this building and surrounding land into some very welcoming, yet sympathetically styled properties. Nothing is too much to ask from them and I can honestly say that they are one of the best landlords I have ever experienced. Any minor issues that have arisen (and I mean minor) have been dealt with either instantly or within a few hours of making them aware.
