Brilliant quick reasonably priced good staff
I first tried this barbers about 8 weeks ago whilst just in Ross to see a friend , as I traveled from Hereford. The woman who cut my hair which I believe to be the owner actually done a really good job. So I actually decided Id like to go back there to her again but the shop was closed. I found out the shop was closed on Thursdays. On Tuesday this week I googled to see if the barbers were open and set of from Hereford, I paid for my car to be parked in a car park and made my way to the shop. When I walked through the door at 1405 the same lady who cut my hair last time who was busy chatting to the guy she was cutting his hair said Im ever so sorry that she would be going out for her lunch and to go to the bank! In which I replied that I drove all the way from Hereford as she done a good job on my hair last time and I was showing a bit of loyalty. She didnt seem fussed and a sorry but she was closing the shop for an hour! I was quite shocked and drove back to Hereford a little annoyed. Not really a good way to run your business when someone has come from 13 miles away and you basically shun them off. Not like it says she closes for an hour on her website! Ill be definitely not be going there again. Quite dam rude.
